All Normal price sold from Giano returns that do not have N numbers & a receipt on them will not be accepted. Items may be exchanged or refunded if they are in the original package and undamaged or not used. The item must be returned in all of the original packaging, including carton, boxes, and copy of customer sales invoice, within 10 days.
All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (N) number.

Please place the (N) number given to you by us on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have (N) numbers on them will not be accepted.
Replacement items will be exchanged within 10 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Please also NOTE that we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges are only accepted within 10 days from our ship date and according to listed guidelines.

Standard Delivery: An order that is in stock and placed online by 5 PM Eastern Time, will usually be on its way to you the next business day. Most items should arrive in 3 to 7 business days.
Express Delivery Options: Order by 5 PM Eastern Time.
• Express Service and Express Plus are not available on items with a stated delivery charge, some heavy or oversize items, and orders sent to APO, FPO, P.O. Box addresses, outside of the 48 contiguous states, and U.S. possessions.
